I just booted up my tablet and checked the battery and the game is using 4% and i cant stop it. Im not even playing and i didnt launch it. Whats up with that?

The Android battery meter tells you how much a given application used (usually since the last full charge). It doesn't necessarily mean the game is still running. Because the game is graphically intensive, it will always use a lot of power when running, which will result in a non-trivial amount of the overall battery life. But this does not mean it is running in the background.
