Where is it?

It isn't, yet. We'll do a revision of the controls sometime soon that allows a secondary fire.

Suggestions are welcome for how that should all.. work.

I was thinking of trying to read the IUP data of the existing fire button, so that a second could be created above it, and distributed as a plugin (at least until an official solution was created). Not having an android device has hampered my efforts in this area.
