they dont work in 64bit, and my friend jsut tried em on 32bit with vendetta and it crashed, might be related to his setup though, I havnt ssh'd into his box yet to check it out

I'm running the new drivers (8.10), which will come out in some time, at a 64 bit machine (SuSE 9.2, SuSE 9.3-Preview4 and SuSE 9.3-Stable) and they a running quiet well. I had no failure yet. Well, I miss gamma correction in the client :-/

Running the latest ATI drivers on my Fedora Core 3 here. Works great, even on a lowly 9200.

Could probably run without the ATI drivers since the Xorg stuff now has 3D support up to chipset 280 (Or thereabouts)
