I'm seeing a lot of crashes inside ancient ATI drivers. Version 3.14.1 is out now; please upgrade if Vendetta crashes inexplicably.

(of course, vendetta-1.0.7 still crashes inexplicably when you don't have sound, but we're patching that up pretty soon.)

I am using 3.14.1, and latest Vendetta update (1.1.0), and the game SIGSEGVs during the startup, taking X with it.
I am thinking I should try it under 'radeon' driver. :>

Using 3.14.1 sometimes I get really nasty graphical glitches where stations will appear as a very jumbled up mess of polygons (but most other things appear ok).
Also, to XnR'rn, the 'radeon' driver that comes with XFree/XOrg is only 2D graphics, and will give you terrible speeds for 3D.

Hamled, it depends on the graphics chip of your card. I have Radeon 9200, which has 3D support with Radeon driver (I purchased the card so I could use either one). Strangely enough, with 'radeon' driver it works like a charm, with Xorg 6.8.0
I noticed one slight glitch (I think), sometimes the screen tries to zoom somewhat in for a couple of seconds, and then zooms out. Otherwise it runs fine.
Now, I'd probably going to go convert some money to dollars and put them on the card, so I can play more. :D
Cool game. :)
