Ok. I have a few problems with vendetta (alghought it might not be the vendetta fault)

1. When you click 'help' on loader it says that it couldn't find Netscape :)

2. When i warp (thru specific wormholes like s12 -> s13 and s11 -> s9) the vendetta crashes. No bug-post program, no console info. It just quit to desktop.

Incarnate asked me to tell the details of my configuration:
Ahtlon XP 1800+ / 512 DDR / ATI radon 9500Pro

Slackware linux, kernel 2.6.6 (no patches on it)
X11 6.7.0,
KDE 3.2.2,
flgrx driver for XFree 4.3 (by ATI)

Here is some debug from dmesg:

I belive that this is somehow connected to the ATI driver

4. The last issue is rglow, and what does it do with lights.
Now depend on angle it: act normal, act like it was disiabled, glow in blue/red/green (it should glow in white though)
I can make some screenshot but you should know what am I talking about :)

Did it ever work before? If so, what version did it work in? Did you try other older/newer drivers?

Nah i just switched to 2.6.6 and turn on direct rendering. I was playing a bit with older kernel (2.6.4), older drivers (donno which wersion) and xfree 4.3 and there wasn't a wh crash bug, but others were as well :/

Try to get the lates ATI drivers.
Try to turn off different options in the config.ini file under the [refgl] section. Mainly try setting doshaders and dovertexbuffers to 0.

I started vendetta in console (it was first thing I have done) but it just remain empty :(

I already have lastest ATI drivers (from about week ago)
