Using controller in Chrome OS/Android
Picked up a Steelseries Stratus XL game pad to use on a PixelBook. It connects to my device, but I am unable to "find" it in the game settings. Any Ideas?
if you have multiple devices connected that COULD be considered game controllers, try looking at the drop-down menu in the options>advanced>controls>Calibration. Also, configuring digital buttons is done through the keyboard screen.
We don't have any Chromebook type devices, so I can't speak to whether there's anything strange about the way they may "present" attached accessories, versus the way real "native" Android presents them (ChromeOS kind of "emulates" Android, which may be the issue).
A Steelseries Stratus XL is probably our most heavily-tested Android gamepad, so it should just "work" out of the box, with no configuration necessary.. at least on a native Android device.
