hmm, alright tryed the new client, and had the same problem.
Decided to rebuild. This time i fixed the suposidly superficial asertion proglem in the libc cvs.
This seems to have fixed my problem.

Defintly segfaulting now that im running nptl.
Im guessing it would have to do with the removal of linuxthreads.

Any chance we will see a copy that will work with nptl in the near future? Or maybe someone has a fix?

We don't use threads at all, so it shouldn't really matter. Try the latest client; the one released between 11pm and 3am last night had issues.
