I get a SegFault whenever I try to start a new game. Menu, options etc. work without problems.

new nvidia drivers (geforce 2 gts)
sound works w/o problems

is it the newest nvidia drivers? or it'll cause problems. you can edit config.ini, the fix for that is everywhere in Linux forum.

Has anyone successfully run the game under Slackware? We've had problems in the past, and I never found out why exactly.
