I am not sure if this is something you should be doing or something the TeamSpeak people should be doing.

Fedora11 hopefully comes out in two days, this will be the third stable release of Fedora that will not work with TeamSpeak in VO out of the box because of PulseAudio being enabled by default.

Most bad things I have said about PulseAudio in the past have been resolved, and it should be suitable for day to day use. Could you please see if something can be done about getting Voice Chat working?
