I have just started playing the game, and the game has run flawlessly since I discovered this game a few weeks ago. However, since this latest patch that (- Linux clients will now hog the cpu much less when not in focus) I have had a few issues.

1) I can no longer use my nostromo N52 properly (again this worked great before)

2) Anytime I lose focus on the VO screen and then come back to it I get horrible graphical lag and have to close the game. The mouse doesn't work, no keys work without many seconds of delay, etc....

I have resolved this issue and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the last patch...

The problems I was having re-focusing on Vendetta in windowed mode was due to Indirect Rendering being check for Compiz Fusion. In case anyone else ever runs into a similar issue.
