I have SuSe 9.2 Professional running on an AMD64 with an older NVidia GF2 1GB 200GB not a 'bad' system but the lib is not present and I am having difficulty finding the one I need ... any help would be grrrrrrrrrrrrreatly appr.

Oh yea ... I am not a Linux user ... I am a Windows developerr (or used to be) and a Linux dabbler years ago.... so Im just about "smart" enough to be dangerous ....

well .. do you have apackage called libstdc++ installed?

I've looked around a bit, looks like 9.2 comes with libstdc++.so.5.
maybe install libstdc++ from a newer version or something.
