Vendetta crashes when my link dies (a lovely feature is that the whole system freezes). Anyone experienced the same?? Workarounds?

Hmm - the few times i've experince such crash, i've allways used the telnet way - that ofcause requeres a second computer... Don't think that the game have a direct sollution to the problem - not that i've heard of...

I've seen this too. My ISP died once (UPS failure) while I was playing and Vendetta crashed hard. I think I could still pull up a console (Ctrl-Alt-F1) to restart X, but I don't remember.
