When I try to run the game I get Mode not Supported, figure the resolution it set at something my PC does not like, I am running Fedora and am very new to Linux, any help would make me very happy.

where exactly do you get that message?

Try setting windowmode to 1 in .vendetta/config.ini (in your home directory). Maybe the game is trying to start in a mode that your video card doesn't support or something.
