Actually this is normal. Kind of a side effect of switching between normal mouse behavior and omnidirectional mouse tracking. You can alleviate it for now by moving your mouse near the center of the screen when you are ready to exit a station and pressing escape (instead of clicking on the "Leave station" button).

Obviously this is not ideal. Something else to fix someday.

I have noticed that every time I exit the station (except the first time), as soon as I move the mouse, the ship quickly turns about 90 degrees down. I have a weird Xinput setup, but I was wondering if anyone else gets this.

By any chance are you flying the heavy freighter? It hits it's tail on the docking bay on the way out nearly every time, knocking it all wonky at first.

yeah, i've been getting this too, it hasn't really been a problem until the s10 station appeared. I'll try the center of screen thing though, cheers a1k0n.
