I know this sounds weird and lame but do you think we couild have a guild for Macintosh userS? and how many guilds are you allowed in? :P

Well we dont have a guild, but we do have a mac channel, 99. So basicly it does everything that a guild does but not... :D

It's hardly necessary. There is one purely Mac guild to my knowledge (the Mercs) but there are so many Mac users playing the game that there's no point having a Mac Guild.

Just assuming that most people I talk to are on Mac/Linux works for me. :D

Ya, we were talking about OS's in my guild(Itani Alliance) and found out the majority of the guild was on a mac. Just though that was pretty cool. But, ingame is not a place for OS wars. It takes away from the game and just turns it into a cool looking chat room. Other-wise the many os's get along in vendetta.

I agree wholeheartedly - I mean why would you want to fight if there was no chance of winning? ;)

I must say - this game has totally hooked me - I used to play Elite back in the day (BBC micro/ZX 48K Spectrum) this gives me the same sort of experience - sort of modern nostalgia mixed with how I imagined Elite should be.

Glad to see there is a Mac Channel - will be on that frequency as soon as I get back on...

Vendetta was once reviewed as "the best-looking chat room online". That was a long time ago, but I thought you might like to know.
