I was able to open theconfig.ini file, but how would I go about changing the chat colors, would I just copy and past the code a1k0n posted and change the values as needed?

Yeah, paste them into the section named as your character.

Note: I am moving the color definitions into a [colors] section for the next update: 1.0.10
