I've been getting intermittent exposé events with VO where it shows all windows (not including VO as it is displayed as fullscreen).

Any clue what this is? Perhaps a combo of keys I am using during combat? No hot corners enabled, no scratch pad gestures, Mac OS Sierra 10.12.2.
