Funky BG Textures
Ever since I got vendetta (3.3.7) I have been having issues with the background - there are parts that show as strange angular spirals, or sometimes the planet has very strange textures on the darker edges, etc. I don't know if this has been brought up before or not. Furthermore, it seems to be inconsistent, but I haven't checked to see how much is reproducible.

Yea, this is a problem not with the recent versions of vendetta, but with panther. It's quit bizarre.
It often appears that the planets and such are fuzzy, as if it were about to kernel panic right before, but it doesn't. I haven't had it crash like that even with these weird skybox patterns. It's kind of weird, but I haven't had any secondary side effects.
Doesn't crash, so all I can do is provide screen shots and describe it.

Ahhh, so thats what it is. I just got Panther i thought it must be some thing to do with it.
Weird coloured spirals look quite pretty though, kinda like aurora in space.
