Texture Problem / Kernal Panic
Since the 3.3.3 update, I've had two instances of a very weird texture problem that always ends with a kernel panic.
The first one was in 7, after warping from 9.
The skybox was totally screwed up with one side being the giant "loading" screen, and others all pixelated. The ships were blue with sparkles, although only the Rag was wrapped properly. The inside of the roid were different sparkle color. The screen darkened to system gamma, and the "You need to restart your computer" in three languages came up.
Second instance was in 9, after flying/fighting for a while. I docked and selected a ship, with the blue sparkles appearing on the ship. I un-docked, managed to see the interior sides of the station colored with various sparkles before the kernel panic occurred.

Yeah, when I was in 7 everything slowed to a crawl and then some of the textures went screwy. When I logged of and tried exiting the game, Vendetta went blank and the computer no longer responded.
Apparently there's a bug but I'm not sure if it's a problem in Vendetta or in osX yet.
I did notice a bug with osX if I use a Radeon 9800. The new shaders slow the game down to like .01 fps. I had to set doshaders=0 in the config.ini file. After doing this I experienced the problem described above.
The sowdown didn't occur with the Radeon 8500 which uses the same shaders, so there's a bug with ATI's opengl drivers.

I have the 9600 Pro. I'm thinking it might be an OS-related problem, but aggravated by Vendetta.
In the Warrior Kings demo, the entire game is painted with a deep, dark, blood-red hue.
In America's Army, the skybox in night/fog levels refuses to render and I'm left with a psychedelic display of orange/red/blue/green/white/black solids, not unlike the problem in Vendetta.
I need to get screenshots of this the next time it happens.
