strange skybox on pBook 15.2"
i own a 1 GHz 15.2" PowerBook (1280x854, 16,7 M colours), 384 MB Ram, ATI Radeon Mobility 9000 (i think), Jaguar .6.
when i play vendettaon it, the skybox is completely black except for the sun.
in the lower left corner of the screen, there's a small image of what i see on the screen, without the HUD though.
reinstalling the game didn't help, neither did setting the FOV to other values and back or setting the monitor to different resolutions or numbers of colors.
this bug (i think it is one) drastically diminishes the game's gameplay value to me, although it doesn't seem to have any effect on stability or other things (such as my account).
on my secondary outfit, 400 MHz G3 iMac Graphite, 256 MB Ram, ATI Rage 128, Jag .6, the game runs flawlessly (except for the occasional getting spaced unwillingly due to strange lag-like behaviour), although with greatly reduced graphical niceties to ensure playability (fps-wise).
i'd prefer to play vendetta on my pBook, and i also would like to see the rglow effect, which i'm unable to get on my iMac (graphics card sucks...).
i wonder if this happened to anyone else out there and whether he or she has been able to get rid of this problem.

That's an rglow bug. Type /set rglow 0 and all will be fixed.

you have Jaguar?
Is it a TiBook or an AlBook? There is no Radeon 9000 on any PowerBook that I know of. The previous 15" had an 8500. The new one has a 9600. Clarify, damn you!!!

Not that it matters anyway, problem's fixed.
