Safedisc problem.....
It seems that after installing the VO beta, one programs I have that usess safedisc now craps out saying that I have a debugger (WinIce/SoftIce) installed (Safedisc just thinks this as I have scaned my system several times for any debuggers). I cant say for certain if VO was the breaking point.
I was justs wondering if , maybe the windows installer had any errant regestry snipits dealing with debugers?
Great game BTW as far as my Noobishness has taken me :)

I cound check to see if it adds any registry entries but VO only knowingly adds 1 registry entry in HKLM/Software/Guild/Vendetta
VO does use structured exception handling but I don't see why or even how that would trigger safedisc.

I wouldn't doubt if Safedisc was triggered by it. Safedisc doesn't recognize secondary CD-ROM drives, has problems with Windows XP SP2 (known to MS, only present in "some" versions of Safedisc), gets mad if you install with one CD-ROM drive and then buy a replacement, all kinds of issues. If you're using SP2, that's probably the problem right there.
