Windows 10 dual monitor mouse not locking to game
I'm running Windows 10, Nvidia 1070 with updated drivers, and VO in full screen.
The mouse does not lock to the game window and can travel to my second monitor, causing the game to lose focus and input ability.
How to fix that?

Is this in or out of flight? For me, it becomes unlocked when chat or a menu is brought up, but is otherwise locked. Also, is VO running on the "Primary" monitor, or a secondary one?
In flight, on the primary monitor.
I aim with the mouse with mouse look off.
edit:
when I look around at "normal" speeds the mouse is locked properly to the game. But when I flick it the cursor appears half way across my other monitor, as if the cursor movement is too quick for windows to catch and lock the cursor to the game screen.

Okay, so, I played around with my DPI settings and finally got this to occur - lower your DPI, mate, thats insanely high! If your mouse doesnt have adjustable DPI, you can change it from within WIndows in the control panel; if you use the updated settings page, go to Devices>Mouse> and use the related option "Additional Mouse settings". the mouse properties control applet will open; use the tab labeled "Pointer Options" and change the first option, Pointer Speed.
