Is there any lite subscription available for windows?

The lite subscription is for Windows, it is exactly the same as the free tier, only you can play on PC too. The problem is you need a mobile device to buy it. Because that kind of sub is only available on the play store or via apple store.

so when you buy the PC client it doesn't include sub?

The PC client is free.
