i have played this sometimes and i when i try doing the ` it wont work so i have to put apostrophe's instead of this thing ` not that this is a big deal but just asking cause the ` just brings up the station chat on my computer.

I don't quite understand.
Are you trying to use ` in normal chat?
If so, use ' instead.

` is what i am trying to say but when i want to talk to someone like `x` i have to use the "`" or it wont talk to him.

You have to change your binds a little to use the ` symbol.

I have a key bound to say ` just in case.

Ohhh, someone else has that character in his character name.
Heh that's a new one.
I guess you have to rebind your Console key to something else like F11 or some other unused key, I guess.

How will i do that?

Go into Options->Controls->Keyboard
scroll down about 2/3 until you see the 'Toggle Console' command.
Move the cursor over it to make it constant red color.
Then press Backspace to unbind the ` from the command.
Then press Enter (text will start fading from red to white and back again) then press the new key you want bound.
