When I login and pick my character then choose play, I get stuck @ "Entering Universe..." Anyone have the same issue or know a fix?

Can you provide more information. For instance.:

CPU type: (if you know it)
Graphics Card Type: (if you know it)
How do you connect to the Internet?

If you know none of the above, you could try telling me the model number of the device?

I've had this issue and i think its a server glitch that happens rarely.

I get to sign in and choose character. It just stays on choose character screen. It will give me my stats but won't go any further. My trial period is up and I have paid for three months but it just plays music as I stare at my stats. I've even created two additional characters which I've never played. Please help!
