Basically what the title says. When I hit the "play" button on the updater, some random skin or plugin folder pops up in it's own window behind VO. Any idea whats causing this?

Wow, that's really weird. Is the folder window already open before you hit 'play'? Or are there any other windows open? Sometimes, for unknown reasons, pressing play will bring up another window that is already open under the Updater. Maybe your problem is related to this and is double-clicking something that happens to be under the Updater window.
