I've recently been getting an odd rendering problem with ships such as valks, marauders, and hive queens. On Valks the ship is invisible except for the engine glow, the color stripe, the 'window' and the weapon mounts. It is similar for the marauder.
On queens I basically can;t see anything that doesn't "glow."

Does it work correctly if you disable shaders?

Either way, if you could tell us your graphics card model and which driver you're using (DX8 or DX9), that'd be handy.

Was fixed a while ago, fiddled with what graphics driver I was using. (Diret X 9 /8.1, openGL)

Try turning off Shaders in Options->Video.
