Take this with a grain of salt; I haven't been able to reproduce it, but I had my right-thrust key stuck down in this version (3.2.3) until I tapped it. I don't recall doing anything exceptional then.

Since I've had several hours of intense combat, and this has never happened before in this game, I think this probably wasn't a Vendetta issue. I mention it all the same, in case the keyboard handler was changed at all.
