I wanna know if the system requirements will go up becuase my computer strangely supports this game but ive heard of DirectX9 might be used in the game and directx9 wont work on my cpu(if its not already being used)

DirectX9 is already supported, so if you are able to make Vendetta work now then you've nothing to worry about. The game also supports OpenGL. It's not that strange that your system runs Vendetta. Guild prides itself on efficient use of resources.
Be sure to tweak the various video and graphics settings for optimal performance.
