# of bots to kill for Combat XP
Ok, 10 was enough but 11!? This is getting too much... combat XP is already hard enough to get.
Um... I'm only combat 5 so please enlighten me. What needs combat 11? The highest equipment requirements I know involve two ships. Both are special ships and one requires 9 combat and the other 13 trade.

I think he means number of bots to kill for combat xp bonus during combat mission.

And make grouping worth it while your at it.
to get combat 9 it was 6 bots for the bonus…
for combat 10, I think it's 7-8 bots for the bonus…
for combat 11, ?? 8-10, how many is it?

I'm for that grouping change. I've been turning down requests from lower level players to group together and go botting because the rewards are so lousy.
Not just that. The rewards are the same as if you were botting alone, except that if one of your members screws up, you all get punished.
Did someone mention group botting? I've been whinging about it for months now. I'd LOVE to do group botting every night with a few regulars, as it's about eighty times more fun than solo botting, but the bonuses just don't make it worthwhile.
I'm combat 10, nearing 11. It's still 7 bots per group for me. But, still. Seven bots?!

Yeah, this is something that annoys me. As you get higher level, the amount of XP you have to gain to reach the next level increases, and the amount of work (bots to kill) to gain XP increases. Either one by itself would be fine, but both together makes botting feel even more tedious.

You really should get more XP if your botting with a higher level player. Cause if you where to go by real life you would learn more with the higher level player. Also the Higher level player could get more exp because he could learn some tips/tricks while teaching the lower level player. What im saying is that low levels get more because they learn more. While higher levels get more because they learn somethings from low levels.
Example: i-drink-piss is botting with I-smoke-pot and piss get 50 XP instead of ten. Pot gets 100 XP instead of 10. Or something like that.

what bothers me is that a lot of people with more real combat experience have less combat XP then people who do nothing but botting and never see an actual battle. There should be huge combat xp bonussus with every 10 pk's or so. This would be more realistic then the system we have now. Now killing some of the top players only gives you 150 to 300 xp. This is rediculusly low.
I know this is not easy for a system to figure uot, but there should be a way to determine if a player is in combat, solo or in group, and he/she should be rewarded on basis of this.

current xp from pc vs pc is based on the diff between each others combat license correct?
I really like the idea of a combat xp bonus for killing a set number of players. Makes it that much more worth it.
I still think everything you kill should give you some xp, even if its only 1pt of xp. Example would be npc trade ships. There can also be a faction hit to go along with it, as I believe there is now (if in a monitored sector).
Also Queen bots should give a large about of xp, merely because it takes a bit to find one, then, depending on how you kill it, can spend lots of money trying. And have to contend with all it's guards on top of everything else. Perhaps half of the lw/hw xp that it currently gives.
