if a red ship enters the red sector, he should be able to call the defense ships to escort him to the docks. also wouldn't it be more realistic if defense ships were stationed closer to the worm hole?

Ah... That's what you meant... Why would he call for the defense ships to escort him to the docks? They automatically fire on any hostiles as it is...

Idea!!! Make the defense ships turbo and slap lvl 1 rockets onto there ships! (well only 1 of them gets lvl 1 rockets)

if red, blue and gold countries are at a state of war, then it would be wise to post defensive ships closer to the worm hole to intercept invaders.

there might be a difference between repelling an attack and aiding a ship that is request assistance.
