Especially with the Behemoth out now, there's no reason to try to get the 13 trade required for the Valent Marauder, and once you do get it, there's no reason to use it. I'd suggest dropping the trade license requirement to 9 or 10.

I agree, that is too damn high of a level for only 56 cargo. Especialy since we have the behemoth.
