New CtC Outcome Scenarios
Ever wonder what would happen if the Itani and Serco recieved exactly the same number of shipments during the CtC round? Here's an idea for what could happen.
Let's define a few variables first.
I= Itani crates.
S= Serco crates.
True Ties
----------------
Tied Scenario 1: I = S, I and S are > 2000.
-Game provides the Neutron MkIII to both parties (Itani and Serco) at its normal price.
Tied Scenario 2: I = S, I and S are > 2500.
- Game provides the Neutron MkIII to both parties for a reduced price due to surplus Xithricite.
Tied Scenario 3: I = S, I and S are < 2000.
- Game provides the Neutron MkIII to both parties for a slightly increased price.
Tied Scenario 4: I = S, I and S are < 1500.
- Game provides the Neutron MkIII to both parties for a moderately increased price.
Psuedo-Ties/Near Ties
---------------------
Scenario 1: | I - S | < 100, I or S is > 2000.
- Game provides the Neutron MkIII to both parties; winner can buy at the normal price, the loser at a slightly increased price based on the difference of the end-of-round values.
Scenario 2: | I - S | < 100, I or S is > 2500.
- Game provides the Neutron MkIII to both parties; winner can buy at a reduced price, the loser at a slightly increased price based on the difference of the end-of-round values.
Scenario 3: | I - S | < 100, I or S is < 2000.
- Game provides the Neutron MkIII to both parties; winner can buy at a slightly increased price, loser at an increased price based on the difference of the end-of-round values.
Scenario 4: | I - S | < 100, I or S is < 1500.
- Game provides the Neutron MkIII to both parties; winner can buy at an increased price, loser at a more increased price based on the difference of the end-of-round values.
Standard Scenarios
---------------------
Scenario 1: | I - S | > 100, I or S is > 2000.
- Game provides the Neutron MkIII to the winner only at the normal price.
Scenario 2: | I - S | > 100, I or S is > 2500.
- Game provides the Neutron MkIII to the winner only at a reduced price.
Scenario 3: | I - S | > 100, I or S is < 2000.
- Game provides the Neutron MkIII to the winner only at a slightly increased price.
Scenario 4: | I - S | > 100, I or S is < 1500.
- Game provides the Neutron MkIII to the winner only at an increased price.

Your standard scenarios 3 and 4 should read I and S not I or S. If the loser has less than 2000 the winner should be charged more.
Or S and I tie, UIT finally gets N3.
I have around 2mil credits. As long N3 costs less than 200,000c I don't care much about the price. Your proposal is someone moot for most people who have been playing for a while.
