Is it possible to perhaps get the capitol ships... when they are put in... to have beam weapons of some sort? Anti fighter Anti Cap ship etc? And perhaps some area effect flak weapons for defence. I'm assuming that you'll be basing most of the capitol ship weapons off of what fighter craft now carry. Basically I'm suggesting a sort of weapon that fighter craft will never be able to carry.

I'm also wondering what kind of prerequisites were talking about for Player owned Capitol ships. So far in the game I've found that I'm much better at trading than fighter combat. But in most other Strategy games where you have to command Capitol ships I've done exceedingly well. I don't want to be penalized for when these cap ships come out for not being so good at fighter combat. Wishful thinking probably. But I just want to command a cap fleet or something.
