While i am sure that many people will disagree, i think that it would be cool if we could download the songs that are played in the background ingame.

PS if there is a way to listen to them without playing, please post it here.

The old music was the property of Guild, but the newer tracks were produced by Strategy First and I'm fairly sure Guild isn't permitted to distribute them in any form. Now, if someone else were to find a way to strip the files out...maybe do a search for .ogg files

I tried. media.rlb appears to be encrypted, and I can't (or at least won't) crack the encryption because that would violate the EULA even more than just looking.
