Would it be possible to have commands be auto-completed by <TAB> in the console?

Let's say I wanted to run /time in the console. I'd like to be able to type: /ti<TAB> and get "/time". The way auto-completion is currently setup, it'll try to auto-complete a character name.

Basically, if it starts with a '/', auto-complete against the command & alias list. Otherwise, auto-complete against the character list.
