Often, I have found the experience frustrating when somebody has asked me for the license levels required for purchasing a specific item that I have already bought, and I have discovered that the information has disappeared after reaching the required license levels.

I fail to see any advantage in hiding required license level information for purchases after having achieved the required levels. What actually happens is that people sometimes ask me for the needed levels for items I have already purchased, and I have forgotten them and am often not able to answer correctly.

This repeated experience is quite frustrating. I want to advise some players, but often have to ask still other players to be sure first about even my own items. IMHO, license information, once displayed for a player, should remain displayed permanently for all items.

This would also help me when extrapolating to possible requirements for variations on those items, and would be very useful.
