Standing / Green or Red?
Am i the only one that is lost with all the Green or Red peoples in my radar?
Eveywhere i go i met Red or Green peoples in my Radar But I can't known who is really Hostile or Friendly with my nation (Serco).
How the standing system work?
i have 0 standing Ineubis but they appear RED...
while UIT (0 standing UIT) are Green
why peoples won't show as RED or Green By report their standing with my nation?

Good point. I went from 200 UIT to -1000 UIT today and they turned Red untill i got to -600. Im good now, but I think that once you get to -200 on any faction they should appear green on the radar. It only makes sense.
There should be more of a gradation of color for the radar. This would help when you are flying by a small corp ship and it shows up red, which makes no sense since they are neutral with you. I suggest something more like this in terms of color:
Admire (800+) - Green
????? (600+) - ?????
Respect(200+) - Teal/Aqua
Neutral (-0+) - Blue
Dislike(-200) - Yellow
Hated (-600) - Orange
KoS (-1000) - Red
This would help distinquish who really likes you and who really hates you and who's just not sure about you, both PC & NPC.

I too find it wierd that some factions are green/red at neutral. (Example being that UIT and TPG are green while Xang Xi and Ineubeus are red)
I agree with johnhawl218 that there should be more colors to really tell if someone is friendly or hostile or somewhere in between.
Admire ((+600)+) Green
Respect ((+200)-(+599)) a lighter green, darker yellow color
Neutral ((+199)-(-199)) yellow
Dislike ((-200)-(-599)) Orange
Hated ((-600)-) Red

please fix the standing.
people should show as red or green by report of their standing with "our" nation.
example:
I am serco. all bad standing serco should show as red for me. (green if you got a good standing).
FIX : I have a bad standing with TPG and actually they show as red for me while TPG NPC have a good standing with Serco.
hope you are understanding.
ATM we cannot known who has a bad standing with our nation and who has a good standing.
mistaken with make us a lot of standing lose because we destroyed a "friendly" with our nation.

I think it's no matter for us that i show as red for TPG if i got a bad standing with TPG.
as long as i known i have a bad standing with TPG
i knonw they wil see me as RED.
but they should not show as red for me if they got a good standing with my nation.

that is where I was having difficulty explaining my point on this issue earlier, there really is two factors when it comes to the coloring, how you stand to them and how they stand to you. It would be good to know both without having to jump to your char info to see what your standing is. I can't think of a way in which to display this info other then to add something like a two part number showing up when you select them that shows up under the ship description next to your ac display.
ex: Corvos Atlas (x/y)
x= there standing with your nation
y= your standing with them
(+200/-1000) - Green but they fire on you
(-600/0) - Red but they do not fire
By doing this you probably would not need to change the colors at all, though I still think a more gradiated color scheme would be nice.
