In-System jump only at top speed
I was fighting Icarus the other day and he seems to have bound enter to a mouse key. When he gets low health during a fight, he in-system jumps to the nearest station. This exploit makes it impossible to kill someone outside the 3km radius around roids. A quick and simple fix would be to allow jumps only after the ship reaches top/turbo speed. That would give the opponent at least an indication that a jump is imminent.

Fully loaded centaur with ANY battery, including F/C with infiniturbo, takes forever to reach top speed. So I'd be like 9000 m from everything before I could jump... not good. I personally don't like this idea, because it would make botting (especially Hive Queens) a lot harder.
stop fighting outside the 3k limit then. its there to prefent jumps so that combat has a chance to occur. If you get to 3k, turn around and turbo back to the roids, Icarus will either leave or follow.
Icarus has always been a master at using the rules of the game to set himself up in a situation where he can escape combat if he starts to loose. Some people call it cowardice, but it does make good sense in a tactical sort of way.
