Ship balance
Why not give the Valk to every faction and just have different versions . This was done effectively with the Vulture , giving the Serco the Serco Guardian version. You could give the Itani a Valk with 100 lower mass , the UIT could get a Valk with slightly more mass , armor and cargo space , while the Serco got something in the middle. As it stands now , its just not fun fighting a ship that can out gun , out armor and fly circles around you. Lets balance this thing and get on with it.
Also I believe the Vulture has too low a profile. I notice that duels between 2 Vults can turn into a long drawn out affair thats won by fatigue more than anything else. I believe the ship should be comperable in size to the Valk . It would help in both realism and would stimulate pvp. Realism in the sense that , the Valk weighs 1k less , is more agile , but larger than the Vult. Stimulate pvp in that the Vult would be a bit easier to hit .

The slim profile of Vult matters not when using prox detonation weapons ;-)
nor does it matter if the pilots don't just stand at a fixed distance and hit the roll keys.
