Why is it so hard to get anything done within a Guild....the commands dont work and theres not enough Options....Leaders need to have the option to demote Lieutenants....Members should have the option to elect Council (without them being online)..all votes should be counted each month and positions assigned.....Council votes for Leader should be the same....And Why just Lieutenants? and only 2?.....Give Leaders a Command structure to name and assign....All members should have the chance to advance in a Guild....maybe Leader, Generals, Col, Maj, Capt, Lt, Sgt. Warriors, (all with member vote rights).
How about a Guild Bank so we can save for furture things like Guild Stations so others can trade with different guilds and do business with the ones they wish....Guilds could control whole sectors, maybe undiscovered sectors waiting for them to do a mission to unlock them?....Give us Options so we can take VO to the next step and beyond!!!! :^)

Agreed, not being able to demote or have a organizational structure is tough. And having a guild treasury is absolutely vital, if they add interesting guild items. Interdictors, Stations, etc...
