Ugh. We need to prevent reviving threads over a certain age, or something.

And the problem with per-hour is still that we would not make enough money to live. We would have to do elaborate stuff like the cellphone companies.. make the "minutes" costly and expire fairly quickly so you'd need to buy more, which would then sort of obviate the whole point of the billing model. I'm still not against it if we find the right balance, just as an added option for people, but I'm not in a huge hurry on that.
