Would it make your ship explosion bigger if someone exploded you while still in your cargo hold? That could have useful military applications, and rings of a certain Akanese style of fighting.

Well I just think with piracy being a legitimate job this would be an effective weapon for both sides one for the pirate to trick a scavanger and two for a trader to get that last bit of revenge after death!

make it weigh a substantial amount though. That way there won't be any people using it in pvp line a mine that doesn't need a port. Maybe 3 cargo space too, that way vults and valks couldn't use it for pvp purposes.
