It sure would be nice to be able to pull up a simple notepad screen at any time during the game. This would be especially helpful for trading purposes - to write down prices and such - but you could also jot down notes about good stations, mission tips, etc.

Whit, a way around this currently with regards to training is that you buy x cargo and unload / leave at the station. Then look at character info / inventory, you'll see a list by sector of what you've left where. Kinda cumbersome but works as a what station sells what goods <feels dirty for letting out a trade secret...>

That is a clever work-around, but I'd still rather type a list of prices, which can include as much information as I want.

Hell, it would be even nicer if your computer could show you a table of all the stations you've been to and what they charge for everything in their inventory, but I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon. :)
