It'd be nice if on the Cargo Captures page, the goal/ending time (in GMT) for the current cargo competition were listed.

Maybe give it a little field above all of the Nation Stats that says something like: Nation Cargo Competition ### will end on Sunday, October 7, 2004 at 12:00am GMT.
