Iv'e only been playing for a couple of days now and am really enjoying it. However I have seen a fair bit of content imo missing so I thought I would post a little sugestions post and see if your aware of the matter or not.

First I would like to point out that there are not actual ship upgrades for the enginees or even some kind sheild upgrade. I think it would be nice if you had some kinda extra upgrade on top of your armor ratting of your ship to make the ships more dynamic/more customizations otherwise every hornet/whatver will always be the same apart from there weaopns (mainly).

I think you should also think of some extra upgrades which take place say on the S/L mountings which incress cargo space. I know there are varients of each ship which already do this but woulnt it be an idea if you could incress them even more buy scaraficing some weapons or something?

.. well I will leave this here for now and see how the readers react to my post before I start to post a few more sugestions.

.. and last of all I would like to take my hat off the the dev team for making IMO such a great game.

I remember ship upgrades were one main element of gameplay in Escape Velocity. People on webboard would even discuss best combinations of upgrades and brang about their ship ;)

That could be the "rare/magical equipment" equivalent of VO. Tying some of the best upgrades to a particular mission is probably already planned by the devs, I think.

I think the devs are planning to do something like this, but when there's only 4 of them you have to be a little patient.
