New player questions
New players seem to always ask the same questions. The questions are almost always addressed in the tutorial or the sector load screen "tips". It might lower some new user confusion if the tutorial mission was automatic. The tips offered in the jump to new sector load screen a very useful and hint at some of the more interesting parts of the game. I play on a relively slow laptop mostly and these tips often go by to quick to read on the first or second display. If an alternate way to view the tips was provided and everyone took the tutorial mission most questions would be answered for new players. Some expansion of the tutorial would probably be helpful too. This would go a long way to easing possible frustration new users may have and eliminate the "how do I get license/levels?" question that's asked every 10 minutes.
Everyone does start out with the tutorial, you probablly just didn't notice...The truth is: "you can make a manual to go along with every television, computer, even a microwave; and 70% of the population still won't understand how to make it work..."
So how do you get a license? Simply put, "Gain experiance"
How do you gain Experiance? Do missions at Stations of your Nation or Kill Stuff, or Trade...
How do you kill stuff? Equip your ship with a blaster, and blast things...Left trigger is usually the fire button.
How do you trade? Go to a station and buy something other than blasters, missle launchers, repair guns, and batteries...take it to another station and sell it for more than you paid for it...
The rest you can figure out on your own...
