HUD mark bot
If I wish to find a bot (like Artemis among Orun and Dentek) then when I found it want to be marked on HUD after I select another near bot to fight first.
you can use z and b to cycle to other nearby targets. You can also use u to select the target by name.
Or are you asking to mark it with a "paint ball" so it turns up a different color on your HUD?

honestly what you are suggesting would take away from the game IMO. It would be one step closer to all the other PvP where you don't have skilled fighting.
I can't see why !
May be I'm not understanding the final filosofy of the game.
If we'll to do all the work without "the computer" fine !
but I want the computer (and HUD) help me with some work (almost info).
For first levels (like me) is good to press one key, see the radar and the upper right info, then press b "n" times, fire, straf, press u and select with the mouse, etc; but I thinking on upper levels and think that I'll die more often.
Just my thoughts !!!

So how would this feature look?
How do you tell the computer which bot to mark for you?
How would it appear on the HUD?

May be press u and then HUD dot it with mark orange until die, then if I mark another bot with x and fight with this and I destroy it the radar will auto-select the bot orange (in that way the info on the upper right corner will show me the distance, etc) until I mark x again. More or less one possibility. If you dont like the auto-select behaviour, may be some command SelectTargetObjetive binding to a key do the work manually.
i covered this idea on my 'suggestions for ship interfaceĝ thread, there would be a window that shows the number of hostiles near you and also which ones are currently hostile toward you.
