For ppl who would otherwise write down stuff, e.g. right-click Dau B-11, enter "Roid Field" in the edit box, so next time you roll over Dau B-11 you get ideally the entry "Roid Field" in another color than the default rollover text. Could probably be stored client-side, eventually also be swappable between users.

To expand on your suggestion: how about an option which, when enabled, would display your notes for a while as soon as you enter the respective sector?
A general ingame notepad would also be nice.
