I've noticed basically any sector in a system with any roids or anything is littered with bots which leads to any fun missions being complatley overrun with bots that have nothing to do with the mission itself. I think atleast 1 or 2 roid sectors in each system should be void of bots and setup as mission sectors somehow for all those spy and border missions and any other dynamic mission in the future.
Also, we should be able to shoot at our nation brothers, this is an mmorpg not nerf city, if we choose to take the path of an evil do'er and blow up anything that moves it should be our choice to completly tick off our nation too and it would also cause group and guild players to actually pay attention in a battle instead of rocketing and missling everything without a care in the world.
finally, I like the station guard system but i also dislike it, I don't think it should be gone but I do not believe every single station should have one, there should be some or atleast a couple, especially ones with something very lucrative that aren't guarded so that blockades and battles for control of that area of space are possible between nations, factions and guilds. people who don't like the risk of a pirate waiting in a station sector could always go to the guarded ones for security and those who want that special weapon or extra lucrative cargo could take a run at it
In conclusion I think these are just a few simple suggestions to improve choice and excitement in the universe

To point 3 "Station and Station Guard"

Many time i fight against player pirates at home space. What i don't like and understand that they can land free at any station at my home world. So if i can make demage on them, they only land at the nearst station, repair and reload ther weapons and starting again ther pirate rides. Normal if they well known pirates, no station would let them land, especial when they have a very low standing to the space (like -1000 to the race where they are try to dock at station).
Attack the player pirates near the station are not tolerated, so i can't fight them befor they land or started from the Station. It's little bit boring, to see them always land infront and can't do anything. It's not realy realistic, no Station at the home world's would give docking premission to pilotes they have a high - ( minus) standing and known as pirates!
So my suggestion:

1.) Known pirate pilotes get no docking rights to any station at the race (Itani, Serco, UIT) they have a - (minus) standing. If they have set ther home station to any of this station and die, they wil set to ther nation home base and not to the set station when this are a station they have no docking premission. Only if they set to a hidden pirate base.
2.) Make some hidden pirate base (station).
2 or 3 hidden pirate station at nation home space, but have no station symbole on the navigation map. So you can only found it if you explore the sectors.
There the pirats alsow can sell ther stolen cargo or reload some missiles and repair. The only one different from normal Space Station are, they not secured from any NPC Bot's, and if any fight going on around the station, no NPC guarding Bot's are coming. You can alsow let them sell some special weapon and stuff, so player they take the risc can get good weapon there to.
The player they like to play Starpatrol can try to found the hidden base, to investigate the sector and try to shoot down the pirate befor the can land or reload.

Last month we have seen more and more pirate fleets at crossing the %Race% Border Zone flying to a unknown Sector. Some of them where shoot down, the most of the cargo are holding parts for building a Space Station. We have send out more patrols around the sectors, but thinks they have changed the route into the system, so we can't found them yet. All pilotes be warned to hold ther eyes open, for more pirat convois and report them in to the Space Police Center.
